Aluminum extruded profiles

Aluminum profiles are extruded sections of aluminum that have a variety of cross sectional shapes. They are commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and engineering industries due to their lightweight, corrosion resistant, and high strength properties.
Aluminum profiles are typically produced using an extrusion process, in which a heated billet of aluminum is pushed through a steel die/mould to create a specific cross sectional shape. The profile can be created in almost any design or shape, including tubes, L shapes, T shapes, Z shapes, and U shapes, as long as the customers offer us the samples or their own designs, we are able to customized and produce them.
Aluminum extruded profiles can be widely used for a range of applications, such as for framing systems, window and doors, curtain walls, railings, automotive parts, LED lighting, heat sinks and more. They may also be anodized, powder coated, PVDF, polished, sandblasted and wood grain transferred to enhance their appearance or provide additional protection against corrosion.
In general, aluminum profiles are versatile and highly customized, making them a popular choice for various industrial and architectural applications.
