5. The labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced. Due to the use of automatic assembly line operations, loading methods and the use of fixtures are significantly simplified, improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity;
6. The surface quality requirements of wool materials are significantly reduced. Powder coating can completely cover the extrusion line on the surface of the profile, cover up some defects on the surface of the aluminum profile, and improve the surface quality of the finished aluminum profile.
7. Compared with other surface treatment films, some physical indicators of the coating, such as hardness and wear resistance, are significantly improved, thus effectively extending the service life of aluminum profiles.
Powder coating is used for powder spraying and electrostatic spraying is used for craftsmanship. Under the action of accelerating wind, the powder particles can carry positive charges when they are ejected from the gun body, and are in contact with the negative charge profile due to the friction of the spray gun. Generates electrostatic adsorption and then solidifies at high temperatures. Improves the adsorption strength of paint and prevents the paint film from falling off.
