Stringent Weathering Test StandardsThe product undergoes 2000 hours of QUV ultraviolet accelerated aging testing, with color change ΔE≤2.5 and gloss retention ≥85%. Salt spray resistance reaches 3000 hours without red rust appearance (neutral salt spray test). Actual outdoor tracking data shows that after 10 years of use in moderately polluted urban environments, surface gloss change does not exceed 15%, with coating integrity maintained above 95%. These data support the product's long-term quality commitment.

Each batch of products retains traceable batch records, including raw material inspection records, process parameter records, and final test reports.
