Thermally broken profiles with 24mm polyamide barriers achieve U-values as low as 1.6 W/m²K. The dual-material design prevents thermal bridging while maintaining identical appearance to standard versions. All weather seals are embedded within the thermal break system for consistent performance. Optional thermal spacer blocks further enhance energy efficiency for cold climate applications.

1.What kind of surface treatment you have?

Mill finish, powder coating, anodizing, wood grain and so on.

2.How do you ensure the quality before delivery?

Firstly the aluminum alloy component will be tested by spectral analysis machines. secondly the profiles will be inspected by our quality control teams during the different production processment. finally we will do a testing report after checking. Also we have quality management system certificates of ISO 9001 to ensure the profiles are made in standard procedure.

3.Can we do the L/C payment?

Yes of course. T/T and L/C are both available for our company. But we suggest you to choose L/C for FCL, not for LCL. Because L/C in FCL will be more easy for you to take your order than use L/C in LCL.
